A few practical details.
Can you take items away?
Yes. I have a trailer for agreed loads. Heavy or bulky items, stairs, and larger loads need to be assessed at the free look so we can plan what is manageable.
Where do donations and recycling go?
We choose appropriate destinations based on the items and local acceptance requirements. Donation acceptance is up to the receiving organization. Any transport, recycling, or disposal charges are discussed before the work begins.
What if something might be valuable?
We can set it aside for another look. Resale value is not guaranteed, and this service does not include professional appraisals. If I’m interested in buying or taking an item for resale, we make a separate, clear agreement.
What does cleanup include?
Shop-vac cleanup of suitable areas for ordinary dust and debris after decluttering. Mold, hazardous materials, animal waste, and specialist remediation are outside this service.
Do I need to clear everything first?
No. The free look is a chance to see the space as it is and agree on a starting point. You remain in control of the decisions about your belongings.
